Once PowerView Gen 3™ shades are installed and programmed, our installer can help set up a user profile during the transfer of ownership process. This will give the installer the ability to investigate any program issues that pop up without a trip fee to fix in-home. Thanks to the new PowerView Gen 3™ interface, blind issues can quickly be reprogrammed off site.

To set up a repair, submit a request using the form found here. We may request pictures via text or email to help diagnose the issue and order appropriate parts before sending our installer to repair. For blinds older than 6 months, there is a $150 base trip fee. Additional fees may be applied for high ladder charges, power options and programming issues.
