Custom Vertical Blinds

You learn most about a company when something goes wrong. We purchased 2 Hunter-Douglas blinds this past spring and one broke after 3 months. Bridget from The Well-Dressed Window responded promptly to our needs and convinced Hunter-Douglas to remake the blind at no charge to us. The new one works perfectly. We are very appreciative that Bridget advocated for us.

We had a broken blind with some other issues (installed by another company). I called TWDW and they were very responsive & eager to help us out. Within a few days our blinds were fixed. They gave us valuable feedback and a plan moving forward. Great people, very kind! We will definitely continue to use them.

Whole team was very prompt, design team was extremely helpful in providing insights into what would look good in the room as well as functionality. Install team was great and work really quickly and even took the old blinds. Could not be more pleased with the team at The Well Dressed Window!

The folks at The Well Dressed Window went above and beyond to help us find necessary replacement parts for our blinds. Taylor and Tina both went out of their way to get new parts for our Hunter Douglas blinds, both times at no cost. If I need window coverings in the future, they’ll get my business.

We had our patio door blinds replaced recently and I'm so happy we did it. They slide so easily and they look beautiful. I only wish we would have done it sooner. From picking them out to having them installed, everything went smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

We used The Well Dressed Window for blinds in our new home in Bloomington. Bridget came the day after I contacted her and shared many options, measured, and within a couple of days installed temporary blinds. A few months later, we added a sunroom and they installed blinds while we were gone for the winter. Everything was finished and looked great when we returned! Great experience!! Bridget took time to thoroughly discuss the options available for window treatments for our windows. We chose wood blinds and they're wonderful!! First time we had Plantation Shutters installed on our first floor windows. We're extremely pleased with the service and the products.
