Bridget leads The Well Dressed Window. As owner and lead designer, she sets the standard for every project, every showroom and every member of our team. With more than 20 years of experience designing, selecting and installing window treatments, she has guided hundreds of families to the right choice for their homes, and her eye for design and gift for connecting with clients shape everything we do. She, Greg and Madeleine were also invited by Hunter Douglas to beta test PowerView® Gen 3, and their hands-on feedback helped bring the system to market.

Greg is a master carpenter and installer, and he’s still hands-on with our installations, bringing a craftsman’s precision to every window. With 30+ years in sales, marketing and small business leadership, he holds our whole team to high standards for quality and communication. Hunter Douglas invited Greg, Bridget and Madeleine to beta test PowerView® Gen 3, and their hands-on feedback helped bring the system to market.

Madeleine Day is the daughter of Greg and Bridget, and our Director of Operations for TWDW. She has experience in all facets of the business and still works with some of our clients as a designer. Alongside Bridget and Greg, she beta tested PowerView® Gen 3 for Hunter Douglas, helping bring the system to market. She is the mom to two pups and a baby boy named Asher.

A longtime lover of fabrics, Taylor is happiest when conceptualizing soft treatments like drapery and Roman shades. She loves playing with texture, dark color and pattern, adding dramatic softness to enhance and complete the given space.

Outside of work, she enjoys anything that draws her to the outdoors, art museums, and fitness. She’s most often traveling to where it’s always sunny, finding peace and a reset near water; usually with her husband and friends, hopefully including her dog in tow.

Jacob grew up in the family business, working alongside our installation team from a young age and learning the trade from the ground up. After college, where he played baseball, he brought that same work ethic and competitive drive back to The Well Dressed Window.

Today Jacob leads in-home design consultations and has a special passion for exterior shades. He doesn’t just sell them, he helps install them, so he knows exactly how each product performs and what works best for every project.

As the next generation of The Well Dressed Window, Jacob is proud to carry on the family’s commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional service.

Tina is the Showroom Manager at The Well Dressed Window, a Hunter Douglas Gallery® dealer, where she loves helping customers find the perfect window treatments to make their homes beautiful and inviting.

Outside of the showroom, Tina enjoys spending time with her husband, Doug, and their four-legged family member, Maui, who also happens to be an employee at the showroom! She’s a big fan of fall festivals, holiday events, and anything that gets her outdoors enjoying nature. Whether she’s exploring the outdoors, celebrating the seasons, or making memories with family, Tina loves finding joy in the little things life has to offer.

As Showroom Coordinator, Leisa is often the first friendly face clients meet when they walk into our showroom. She keeps appointments, samples and orders moving smoothly behind the scenes, so every project feels easy from the first visit to the final install, and she makes sure every client feels welcome and well taken care of along the way.

Outside of work, Leisa treasures time with her grandchildren and loves a relaxing day of fishing or simply hanging out with family and friends. She also enjoys taking her three pugs for walks around the neighborhood.

Nolan has been with The Well Dressed Window for over a year, serving as an installer in Central Illinois and Chicagoland. He is the team’s PowerView® Automation expert and the go-to for clients with PowerView questions, from setup and scenes to schedules. He takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and helping bring each customer’s vision to life. Outside of work, Nolan enjoys filmmaking and shooting pool. He also loves spending time with his two dogs, Rocky and Finn, who are always eager for a game of fetch with their favorite tennis ball.

Dan installs for our clients in Washington and across Central Illinois. With 12 years of experience, he is a Hunter Douglas Master PowerView® Pro, Master Shutter Pro, Certified Pro Installer and Drapery Pro, so whether it’s motorized shades, custom shutters or drapery, every installation is done with care and precision.
