The staff is amazing! Pleasant and thorough … double checking measurements, walking through the process from beginning to the actual installation. We are doing the window treatments in three phases as we are in the middle of remodeling the primary bedroom and bath. No pressure sale … they worked around our remodeling schedule. We love the product - Hunter Douglas SkyLift shades that Well Dressed Window installed a few years ago - they look great and gently block the sunlight when it's too strong..... And the service is also terrific! Staff associate Nolan changed the batteries in the lift motor and he couldn't have been more professional and smart - the motor is hidden away but he found it and video'd it so that next time the process will go even more smoothly! My motorized woven woods are a dream, color choice is perfect and warms up my living room and dining beautifully. The roller shades in my kitchen are great too. We were in final stages of renovations and shopping the market for planation shutters. We replaced/ upgraded our window moulding/sills throughout the house. We were told by other companies they could not install the shutters as an 'inside' mount and would have to 'box in' the window. We did not want to hide the gorgeous moulding/sills we just had installed. I called WDW.
