Can Duette® shades make a bedroom truly dark?
Yes. Pair a room-darkening fabric with the LightLock™ system, whose side channels blend into the window frame and block light from sneaking in around the edges. It's our favorite choice for nurseries and shift workers.
Do they work on unusual windows?
They're one of the most flexible shades we carry, with options for arches, angles, skylights and sliding doors. Bring us your trickiest window.
Which Duette® is most energy-efficient?
Architella® fabrics use a honeycomb-within-a-honeycomb design, the most energy-efficient style Hunter Douglas makes. It's a great pick for rooms that run hot or cold.
Are they covered by a warranty?
Yes. Hunter Douglas covers its products against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own them, with motorization covered for five years. If anything ever needs attention, call us and we'll take care of it.

We love the product - Hunter Douglas SkyLift shades that Well Dressed Window installed a few years ago - they look great and gently block the sunlight when it's too strong..... And the service is also terrific! Staff associate Nolan changed the batteries in the lift motor and he couldn't have been more professional and smart - the motor is hidden away but he found it and video'd it so that next time the process will go even more smoothly! A-1 service!!!
I am so pleased with my window treatments. Corey and Maddie’s recommendations were so helpful. My motorized woven woods are a dream, color choice is perfect and warms up my living room and dining beautifully. The roller shades in my kitchen are great too. Corey was fun to work with and had great suggestions while listening to what I told him I was trying to achieve. They measured and then installer remeasured before they were ordered to insure accuracy which I greatly appreciated. Installation was smooth and very professional, which I appreciated as well.
